Refund and Return Policy
It’s our goal that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. We love the opportunity to help people and their pups, yet understand that sometimes a return or refund is necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund (minus shipping charges if applicable).
We’ve made it simple for you to initiate requests for returns or refunds.
For your convenience, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your expected refund total. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment. In most cases, the refund from your return will take 5-7 business days to post in your original form of payment.
The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for a refund:

A return must be requested within 30 days of your purchase date. The company does not provide refunds for requests made outside of 30 days of purchase date. At the company's discretion, a store credit may be issued in these cases.

You do not need to return the product to PUPSY to receive a refund.
- We will refund the cost of the product to your original payment method, less any shipping and handling charges you paid.

Shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Due to how quickly we process orders, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve completed your purchase. This includes but isn’t exclusive to changes like the following:

Changing the item

Delivery/billing address

Adding items to your order

Shipping method
